Belleville Running Club: Fw: [BellevilleRunningClub] Chili Cookoff Meeting

Below is info on a planning meeting for the 2007 chili cookoff! This is our one and only fundraiser (as of right now) and we raised about $500 last year. The Chili Cookoff runs from 11:00am to 10:30pm on Friday, October 5th and Saturday, October 6th.

Please send me a note if you plan on coming and need directions.

Chili Cookoff Meeting - Sunday, September 23rd @ 12:00

What? We will have our first chili cookoff meeting of 2007. The
goal of this meeting is to make and taste our same chili from last
year. Also, to try different food options to sell like nachos, hot
dogs, etc.

Where At? Dan's House (Dan will follow up with directions)

When? Start at noon and will go until the chili is all gone or we
can't eat anymore.

What to Bring? Bring your ideas of food options to sell. If you
think you know how to make the best chili nachos, then bring the
makings for it. I think you all get the idea. Also, me & Dan will
have our home brewed beer on tap, but please bring any other
beverages or snacks that you would like to include with the
meeting/party (we can never have enough food & beverages).

If I left anything out, you won't hurt my feelings to correct me or
you can also contact me if you have any questions.
