Hello all. I am running the Memphis Marathon and signed up to be a St Jude Hero. Please donate some money so I don't look bad.
And check to see if your company offers matching donations. I know mine does and it would sure help your $1,000 donation look even better :)
Thanks,
Dan

Dear Friends and Family,
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital depends primarily on public support to care for more than 4,700 young patients battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. That is why I have decided to become a St. Jude Hero!
I will be participating in the St. Jude Memphis Marathon on December 2, 2006 and need your support in helping to raise money for the kids at St. Jude.
I am hoping you will join me in helping save the lives of children! Please consider sponsoring me in the St. Jude Memphis Marathon by making a donation on your credit card.
St. Jude treats children at no cost to their families. Thank you for considering this appeal and for your kind involvement.
To donate, please visit my personal page and click on 'Support Daniel' at the top of the thermometer.
Sincerely,
Daniel

Perhaps not the most appropriate venue to post this (since it is a biking event), but there is a Bike Ride scheduled in Belleville for Friday, July 14th at 9:00pm. More info here: http://www.bellevillechamber.org/informtion.htm
The first Tour de'Belleville is being organized by Neighborhood Associations as a fundraiser to purchase a speed monitor for safer neighborhoods. The cost per bike is $15 which includes a commemorative t-shirt. The 7-mile course will kick off at 9 p.m. for Union United Methodist Church. If a registered rider is able to start the 2nd lap by 10 p.m. they're welcome to ride the course twice. Your official Tour de'Belleville T-Shirt can be picked up July 10-13 at Beatnik's in downtown Belleville. YOUR T-SHIRT IS YOUR TICKET TO RIDE THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT WEAR YOUR SHIRT TO PARTICIPATE ON THE RIDE!!!
Me and Dan will be doing speedwork at east on Thursday 28th. We will meet at my apartment at 5:00. Dan good job on the blog. I enjoy the picture of the idiots dressed up like playboy bunnies.
Our Public Relations Manager strongly encouraged a site other than the yahoo group be created. Since this was free, we went with a blog on blogspot. Anyone know of a place to get a free domain and hosting?
Our Public Relations Manager is working on putting together a sign to advertise our water stop and drum up more support and increase membership.
How do I find out all there is to know about the Belleville Running Club?
