Turkey Day Run - 3 & 5 Mile Run

Join Us Thanksgiving morning for our first annual Turkey Day Run!

Details:

- 3 & 5 Mile Run starting at the St Louis Bread Company in
Belleville and going out and back on west main street.

- Meet at the Bread Co by 7:50, we will leave at 8:00.

- This is not a race, but feel free to run as fast as you want.
Their will be no street closings, so run at your own caution.

Fw: [BellevilleRunningClub] Saturday 18th - Collinsville Turkey Trot

Info on this week's run.  Some of us are running in a 5K in Collinsville, but I believe some people may still be meeting on Saturday morning.

is interested in following or catching a ride.

- Saturday run in Belleville will be pushed to Sunday at 8:00 AM.
Please feel free to run the Belleville route on Saturday, but we will
need someone who knows the route to lead the run.

Belleville Running Club Weekly Saturday Run

Saturday, November 11th

Time: 1st lap will leave at 8:00 AM;
2nd lap will leave approximately at 8:50 AM

An Early Lap will start at 7:00 AM for those who would like to run
earlier. The early lap will meet up with the rest of the group at
8:00 AM.

Where: Meet at the back parking lot of the St Louis Bread Company
in Belleville.

Distance: Laps of 5 Miles

Memphis Marathon

Hello all.  I am running the Memphis Marathon and signed up to be a St Jude Hero.  Please donate some money so I don't look bad.
 
And check to see if your company offers matching donations.  I know mine does and it would sure help your $1,000 donation look even better :)

Subject: [BellevilleRunningClub] Saturday Run - November 4th

This Saturday some of us will be running the Holy Hill Jack-O-
Lantern 5K Race in St Louis. Costumes are optional, but there is a
costume contest for those who run in the race with their costume.
If anyone would like to follow we will meet at 7:15 AM at the
Belleville St Louis Bread Company parking lot and plan on leaving by
7:30. Registration closes at 8:30 AM.

Also, if anyone is interested, Doug will be providing food &
beverages at his house after the race.

If you can't make the race or don't want to run, feel free to run
the normal Belleville route at 8:00. But me, Dan, and Doug will not
be there so we will need someone who knows the route to lead the
morning run.
