The chili cook-off is only two weeks away and I'm trying to put together a work schedule. If you are interested in working, please send me an e-mail (danieltrapp@yahoo.com) with the times/dates that you would be available to work. Please also give me your current phone number just in case we need to reach you.
The chili cookoff is on Friday, October 5th and Saturday, October 6th (11:00am - 10:30pm on both days). We will need people to work on both of those days as well as setup/cooking on Thursday evening.
Thursday (10/04/07) - Setup (7:00pm - 10:00pm) & Cooking/ingredient prep (6:00pm - when we get done)
Friday (10/05/07) - Setup (8:00am or earlier) - cleanup (11:30pm or later)
Saturday (10/06/07) - Setup (8:00am or earlier) - cleanup (11:30pm or later)
BTW, due to the construction on east main street, the chili cook-off has been moved to the area around the fountain and west main. Our booth will be on IL 159 on the northeast quadrant of the square (by the bank of america building).
If you can't commit to a time, you can still always come down and hang out!
