FYI, check out channel 4 tomorrow morning for an interview of some of the organizers of Get Up & Go. Get Up & Go is a Health and Fitness Challenge for Communities, Groups and Organizations of St. Clair County, Illinois. As you may recall, our Get Up & Go goal last year was to encourage new runners to run the Law Day Run.
Of course, since everyone will be running at the 8:00am run, you can always Tivo it and watch it later.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that Mark Peters and Rita Arras will be on KMOV Channel 4, Saturday morning (February 21st) at 9:00am. Marc Cox will be interviewing them for Extra Edition about the Get Up & Go campaign and the great involvement we've had from people like you here in St. Clair County. If you get a chance, try to catch it.
If you can't catch it, we'll be put a link to the video stream of the interview on our website.
